Directions ... ...Take Route 295 to Exit 7A. Go East on Route 44 to the traffic light at Esmond Street (near the Citco Station). Turn Left onto Esmond Street. Go straight through at the stop sign and continue (7/10 mile) to almost the end of the street. East Smithfield Neighborhood Center is on the Left behind the cyclone fence.
